Is there a pickup service option?

Yes.

The two options to get your media to us are essentially mail in or drop in.

The pick up service is available by our partners at www.sendle.com. This means that as an alternative to Australia Post you can arrange through the Sendle website to have your packaged order picked up from your preferred location and couriered to us.

Simply fill out the order form with the post option and include the printed copy in your email with the order to collect by www.sendle.com

Standard Load Turnaround Times

Our standard load turnaround times are 2-4 weeks from arrival of your order.

We always do our best to accommodate this time frame however time frames will vary either way.

Please note: The above time frames do not apply if you have a Pre-arranged Priority Service with us. You will not be able to request a priority service once an order has been entered into our system.

Can I edit my newly digitised MP4 video files?

Yes you can.

You can simply rename your files on your computer OR copy your files to other locations. In fact we recommend this in order to make backups :)

With any good video editing software you can easily perform simple editing tasks such as cutting out a scene you don’t want or creating smaller scenes that you do want. You can also perform more advanced tasks such as video enhancement, text overlays and movie production to name a few. There are many software options ranging from cheaper basic tools Filmora to much more professional options such as Adobe Premiere Pro .
