How the Reelbox eGift Cards Work

We understand it will be not be easy to know exactly how many boxes of photos or home movies are in your loved one’s garage, draws, or cupboard. You can now give them the gift of re-living & preserving those hidden gems by giving a Reelbox eGift Card.

Choose any value that you would like to gift your loved one. We recommend a minimum of $75  if you aren’t sure, this is enough to get a few special memories digitised.

Your eGift Card can be delivered directly to your email, you can print out the eGift Card  to personally deliver or choose to email straight to them. The choice is yours!

Your recipient will get easy instructions on how to pack and send their order. We accept orders by Post, Courier or even a Local drop off.

  1. Reelbox eGift cards are valid for use on all services listed on our website www.reelbox.com.au
  2. Your Reelbox eGift card is NOT redeemable for cash. Any unused balance is kept as store credit only to be used for additional orders. 
  3. Any orders exceeding the eGift card value will be invoiced additionally for payment. Your order will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.
  4. Treat your eGift card like cash. Lost emails or stolen printed Gift cards will NOT be replaced or refunded.
  5. The Reelbox eGift card does NOT have an expiry date... Just like cash.
  6. Your Reelbox eGift card purchase is non-refundable.
  7. Reelbox MUST be presented with a registered and valid eGift card to receive any services. Each eGift card has a personal identification number and cannot be copied or reproduced for use by other parties. 
  8. Instructions for use are included with your Reelbox eGift card.
  9. You cannot utilize your Reelbox eGift card to cover postage expenses for sending items to the Reelbox National Processing Centre. Return postage may be included as part of your eGift card use providing enough credit is available.
